HOW DO YOU DO IT?

By consciously breathing in more oxygen than you let go you will naturally begin to flood your system with oxygen. Once your body is saturated with oxygen a trigger will be sent to your brain and ginormous amounts of very potent and totally pure bliss chemical will be released. This beautifully simple yet very powerful process moves your brain waves into Theta State (the most relaxed waking state). Then once the body is chemically induced and your brain waves are in Theta State we begin to perform advanced meditation techniques like Chi Control and Heart Regulation ahead of going on some Visual Journeys.

Cold Exposure is fast becoming considered to be the “ultimate tool” for anyone looking to enhance their life and heal their body, mind and soul.  This is largely due to Wim Hof breaking 26 World Records and shining a light on his superhuman abilities by completing tasks like climbing Mount Everest without any cloths on. Most importantly he has proven they he can train regular people to bounce off disease and infection after just a few days training. 

 

By simply stepping into the Ice Bath you will automatically switch off the “Monkey Mind” and catapult your conscious thoughts into the present moment.
