Sauna , Ice Bath & Plunge Pool 

The Healing Trinity 

Monday to Sunday 9am to 10pm 

We are pleased to announce that we at Breath 24/7 and Good Life Dacha have built our “Second” Ice Bath and refurbished the Sauna, Plunge pool and relaxation space aka The Healing Trinity which is now - 

                                                                    "Openly Available to the Public"

 

The Ice Bath is kept between 0-5 Degrees Celsius, sits by the river and is surrounded by nature making it the perfect place to spend your day, relax and heal the body, mind, and soul in hippie opulence.

 

Your “Day Pass” will give you open access for the full day from 9am to 10pm. So if you want to pop into the Ice Bath or Sauna before enjoying breakfast at Dacha or your Breathwork Crash Course , Cold Exposure Crash Course or Yoga Nidra Session and then return again in the evening you are more than welcome to do so. 

 

In order to use the Ice Bath with a Day Pass you must:

 

-Be 18 Years of Age or over

-Read The House Rules

-Sign or Read the Disclaimer

-Pay on Arrival (at the front desk/bar)

Do Not Enter the Ice Bath  - if you have

 

- Untreated coronary heart disease (angina pectoris)

-Untreated, severe heart rhythm disturbance

-If you are pregnant  

-If you have high blood pressure

House Rules

Please follow the House Rules when using the facility or Pay a Fine of BHT 1000 or be Barred from future use of the facility. The House Rules are in place so together we can create a beautiful atmosphere and deliver a life enhancing experience that is comfortable, enjoyable and safe for everyone to enjoy whilst reaping the benefits of Contrast Therapy (Sauna & Ice Bath). without taking any unnecessary risks:

-Pay Before Entry (front desk/bar area) 

-Shower Ahead of Use (hot and cold shower at Dacha)

-Wash Feet Directly Ahead of Stepping into the Ice Bath (use the hose next to the Ice Bath step)

-Wear Clean Swim Wear (we have clean shorts available and are included in the price)

-No Full-Frontal Nudity

-Maximum time in the Ice Bath for first time users (2minutes) per plunge 

-Maximum time for experienced users (5minutes)  per plunge

-Do not dip your head (move the water if you want to get cold fast)

-If your body feels warm in the Ice Bath that is fine. If it feels like your on fire then get out

-Don’t go directly from the Ice to the Sauna (wait for at least a few minutes for your body to heat up)

-When you are uncomfortably cold get out of the Ice (shivering, cramping, skin tightening)

-Let your body come back to a normal temperature before plunging again

-Don’t go directly from the Sauna into the Ice Bath (let your body heat up naturally)

-Use the Plunge Pool or Cold Shower in-between Ice Bath and Sauna use if you want to be extra safe

-Multiple people in the Ice Bath is fine if you are in a group that wants to dip together

-Do not enter the Ice Bath is someone else is in the middle of their plunge without his/her permission 

-Listen to the body at all times , if you feel dizzy, light headed, your skin tightening or your muscles cramping or you cannot control your breath after the initial entry stage then its time to get out

-Focus on your breathe and body at all times and don't get distracted. Feel the body 

-If you are experiencing adverse affects (headache, swelling, skin rashes) step out the ice or sauna

-Do not enter the Ice Bath if you feel ill 

-Do not enter the Ice Bath under the influence of alcohol
